The Client wanted to reduce the number of goods and revenue stolen from their communal bar. They wanted to bring more transparency and accountability to the operations of the bar service to the establishment.
Solution
The Verso Lab team researched several sales and inventory management solutions, both code-based and on-premise. It worked with the customer to identify a solution that would best integrate with the existing suppliers and staff. The solution was implementing a cloud-based point of sales and inventory management system using square technology. Migrate and create a digital inventory for 10s of 1000s of food items, beverages, and raw materials, and provide training to local staff to integrate the system with the physical tills at various points within the restaurant and bar.
