The Verso team created a customer journey map outlining several customer-centred journeys and touchpoints. The newly created brand sketched the wireframes to assist doctors in understanding their customers and how best to provide and engage with them online. The team offered perverse lab works with the doctors to understand the prospective customers they were looking to attract and to understand and create elite personas to reach those customers and better provide and engage with them online. Surrey Docs Medical was then able to advertise its online services to local communities.
Situation
A community of medical and general practitioners based in the UK want to provide private medical care outside of the National Health Service using an online portal to facilitate appointments, repeat prescriptions, and provide prospective patients with information on their services.
Solution
The Verso Labs team built out a website. With the assistance of the booking facility, Verso labs provided perverse lab works with a group of doctors to understand their prospective customers. We also wanted to understand and create elite personas to understand better how to reach those customers and how best to provide and engage with those customers online.
The Diverse Team consisted of a customer experience specialist and a front-end developer. The team created a customer Journey map outlining several journeys and touchpoints that customers could engage with the newly created brand that has been outlined in the wireframes. For each touchpoint, the pages that customers can flow through and ultimately book the services available.
Outcomes
The team delivered the design and build of the website within two weeks sprints, and the entire project lasted just shy of 90 days. Surrey Docs Medical was then able to advertise their online services to local communities but made appointments to their physical offices within a two-mile or two-hour radius.
